Today, at Business Colours, it is a day of celebration.

We are talking about GESEIDL GREEN , because today, together with you, we celebrate 17 years of activity!!!!

It won't be rhetoric, but neither an euphoric attitude.

We only say that, during all this time, we have learned.

And guess what? We learned the most from our mistakes.

It is not a problem to make mistakes, but it is a big problem when you don’t learn anything from that.

Beyond the anniversary moment, we are talking about GESEIDL GREEN because this color has always given us the confidence, desire, and courage to move forward.

It is obvious that we love the color green for freshness, attitude, and determination.

We work with numbers, but we always have with us the affective and emotional side. GESEIDL started as a family business and still keeps this value in the organizational culture, even today.

The most important conclusion after 17 years is that … you have to believe .

You have to believe in yourself and in what you do. Then, you have to believe in the people around you, in your team, and you have to believe that it is possible.

One single word. You must(!)

But this “must,” is not a burdensome imperative, it’s not a bogeyman, but neither is it a great naivety.

It is just a direction for the development of your business’s purpose.

When faced with difficulties, many want to give up. It seems easier to do so than to get over obstacles if there’s no “must.” Consistency determines success, without a doubt.
