From the very beginning, we had trust that our family business could excel in a field specific to large companies. In July 2003, we opened the first page, then empty, and began to write about success, day by day, year by year, never forgetting the initial values.
Success is about trust.
Now, after coming of age, the foundations remain the same, but over time, they have grown stronger, adapted to the new digital era.
We had the trust to learn, often even from our mistakes, we had the trust to move forward on this path alongside our clients, who in turn had trust in us.
And today, after years of evolution, we are a national brand with services in accounting, auditing, HR, tax consultancy, and IT. We have consolidated ourselves as a team trained for success, with honest and dedicated individuals: economics specialists, accounting experts, tax consultants, HR inspectors, technology specialists, all connected to the new digital evolution.
Trust is not naivety, as long as it is based on well-defined values and constant evaluation.

Where did we start?
What can be so fascinating about gathering numbers, completing thousands of forms, and handling tons of paperwork? If you only see these things, it seems incredible, even inhuman to like such work, doesn't it? Passion for this field doesn't happen overnight or out of nowhere... Many years ago, Mrs. Popa Gica, the initiator of the Geseidl idea, began her career in the economic field. Gradually, through her dedication to this profession, she instilled the desire for excellence in those around her, and when the economic opportunity arose, she laid the foundation for the Geseidl company.
Starting from family values, we discovered and embraced the motivation to love this profession, namely, to help those around us, to bring them hope where it seems that there is nothing more to be done, to make those who don't believe they can smile in today's world, to give confidence to those who don't see a reason to continue, to lend a helping hand to those in need. It's wonderful to discover how easily you can make the world a better place, from your own square.
GELA Popa - Founder of Geseidl
Gica Popa, or 'Gela' as she was affectionately called by family and friends, was born in Braila on February 22, 1957, being the youngest of the 10 siblings of the Craciun-Seidler family.
With an ambitious nature and a strong character, she never left her life to fate and took matters into her own hands. She always fought for fairness and the principles that guided both her career and life.
With generosity and talent, she instilled everything that embodies the spirit of Geseidl. In 2003, she laid the foundations of the company to which she also lent her name. She generated and implemented the ideas that led to the formation of a successful team.
Through the power of example, she created and developed the well-known 'Geseidl School,' through which young professionals had the opportunity to be trained in a professional and ethical environment.
She managed to gain the trust of clients through the integrity she showed, treating each situation with seriousness and respect for the profession to which she dedicated herself with great passion.
Even though health sometimes kept her away from the beloved profession, she coordinated and then passed the torch to her son, Robert Popa, who continued and continues with the Geseidl team to develop the principles learned in recent years.
She succeeded in influencing the thinking of numerous 'students' and imposed a conduct worthy of emulation.
With respect and honor, it is our responsibility to continue the legacy she left and to take it further, to the level desired by her.

January 2006, we continue the hiring process. We implement the intensive internal training system. We sign the contract no 100. We establish Geseidl Human Resources
February 2006, the team-buildings already become a tradition (we step up to 4 team-buildings/year). We become ANEVAR members

August 2006, the Quality Management System upgrades to the 2nd version
November 2006, we meet the first clients to which we provide ISO9001 implementation
December 2006, we already are in Top 10 according to the Trade Registry’s database
