On November 12, 2025, over 1,500 european technology professionals gathered in Bucharest for AI Expo Europe 2025. We were there to understand what tomorrow's intelligent solutions will look like and what they mean for the development of businesses in Romania.

Over 400 participants from IT, Cloud and Security, over 200 from Data Analytics and AI, plus hundreds of others from consulting, banking, healthcare, and education demonstrated that the local market is ready for this transformation.

An Opportunity for Romanian Businesses: RAG and Intelligent Databases

A technical concept mentioned at the event caught our attention: RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) - technology that can be implemented over existing databases to provide intelligent access to information.
