Geseidl had the pleasure of participating in Magnetico Brașov 2024, at the invitation of our partners Smartree. The event, held on October 16, 2024, at Hotel Kronwell, was a valuable platform for discussions related to attracting and retaining talent, as well as for exploring innovative solutions in the field of HR and Employer Branding. We would like to thank our partners Smartree for this opportunity for collaboration. During the event, each speaker highlighted not only current issues in human resources but also their own vision on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in HR processes. Additionally, they presented relevant analyses on how AI and new technologies influence work methods, process automation, and employee experience. The discussions held will serve as the foundation for the development of our HR and payroll services, which we will offer both to our clients and for the continuous evolution of our company. At the heart of these solutions lies the optimization of processes and the improvement of employee experience, essential approaches for companies that wish to remain competitive. An important chapter of the discussions was related to the use of AI in HR, an area of common interest for Geseidl and Smartree.
