What you don't have, when you have AI?

What do you not have when you have AI?

Hello! I am starting this new letter as the “joy” of AI makes many waves, perhaps too many waves. Yes, it is a new stage in the development of repetitive processes. And that’s about it! It’s neither a bogeyman nor something wow! Another tool through which the need for optimization expresses itself. Pragmatic or cynical, sometimes it's about maximizing profit. But guess what! Since we were talking in the last letter about CRM, the person sanctifies the place and will continue to do so, for sure. Robots do not have that empathy we need, we as humans. 

The hybrid era is a reality, both in cars and in AI. Just as even the most performant camera lens cannot convey an image as perceived by the human eye, AI will not have that human feeling at the level of perception. After the industrial revolution, around the 1840s, we are now adapting to the digital revolution. Relax! Humans will remain an important component in the business equation. :) 

> Moral #1. What do you have when you don’t have AI? That something you always need. The team around you, always with desires, smiles, and new challenges for tomorrow. 

> Moral #2. What do you not have when you have AI? Here I believe we must let history speak for itself. 

> Moral #3. Everything that matters is adaptability to the new, even if sometimes it comes with fear, suspicion, or reluctance. That new which must be adopted with balance and responsibility towards people, society, or the environment. Because the new means development, it is about the distance from the oil lamp to the LED system, through responsible innovation.
