Ho-Ho-Ho! This is the last letter of the year and I think it’s best to talk about wishes. Yes! What is your wish for the year 2025? Do you want to be richer, more relaxed, more profitable, or more loved? Hm! Each of us has a wish. And that's not bad! But you know the saying ... be careful what you wish for. Wishes are good because they motivate us to move forward, to be happy when we succeed. I know business people who say that this thing about wishes is like ... to be.

But guess what! A wish is always about improving what can make us happier professionally and socially. But let’s break the ice and I’ll share my wish. It’s! It’s about the joy of inspiring people. If you, the one reading these letters, can say at the end of the next year that a word, a phrase, or a letter motivated you to rise when things got tough in business or to accelerate when you felt the wave of growth, it means I’ve succeeded.

I repeat! These letters are not about groundbreaking discoveries or reinventing the wheel. These letters are about things so simple that we often overlook them too quickly because they are far too simple for a digital generation.

So? Do you have a wish for 2025? Perfect! I’ve heard business influencers urging you to have unreasonable goals or to dream the moon in the sky, because only then can you grow. Seriously? Okay. So can I be a billionaire in euros? I believe in organic growth, step by step so that I can manage success and keep moving forward with the company, with employees, with family ... always with my head held high. Sudden success comes and goes, but building remains.
