An issue with force, with En-Joi, on a Thursday.

 Hello!

Come on, we’re almost ticking off the end of October, a month in which we look at numbers, at results, at almost one 2025 with everything. In the past, when social networks didn’t exist, it was said that "you fatten the pig the day before." Meaning a kind of boost, maybe something will come out. Today it feels like a kind of "last minute" 😊.

 Sometimes it’s good to do it like this, at the eleventh hour. What I want to say in this end-of-October letter is that our annual objectives should not be set "kind of by ear." Don’t confuse wishful thinking with performance. They are two totally different things. Yes, we want to do one thing or another, we want to scale the business as high as possible or forgive the expression: to puff ourselves up, maybe more than we should. And then? Well... then we wake up to reality and see that one thing is one thing and another is another.

 Be reasonable and always learn from your mistakes. It’s normal, it’s human, it’s logical. What does this boost mean? It’s that end-of-year sprint, if possible, through which you can cross the finish line as you desired. Sometimes it’s possible, other times it’s just an illusion or a restart.

 Power is tied to your vision, as I promised at the end of last week's letter. And here we reach a entrepreneurial modesty, where power translates to a balance between desire and reality. You lead one or more teams of people. That is the real power. Only that in entrepreneurial life, this power means the maturity to analyze any situation coldly and to make firm and responsible decisions. Is it about a boost? Then you need to have enough arguments to motivate your people through your vision. They follow you!

 Then, this power means the confidence to overcome obstacles, many obstacles that most complain about and things start with... "blame X, Y, or Z." It’s not about that. Do you have a profitable business? Go for scaling. Is everything just right? Perfect. Do you have a business that’s struggling? You have the power to analyze and apply firm measures that will bring you where you need to be. The worst thing is to pretend you don't see it, hoping that something magical will happen.

 Power is not always visible in moments of glory, but in moments of calm. In how you choose to react when things don’t go as planned. In the patience with which you rebuild your team, in how you know to say "stop" or "let’s try again." It’s that silent power, which does not boast, but keeps in balance everything you have built. It’s about resilience, about clarity, and about the courage to not give up when it seems easier to do so.

You have the power to say "yes" when it’s yes and "no" when it’s no. Anything else is meaningless. Yes, this boost even in November means a plus, an evolution.

 The moral of this letter is about how you use management tools to accelerate the growth of your business. It’s about the ambition and coherence of your vision to move forward. It doesn’t matter what the economic or political context is, it doesn’t matter the weather or the times. What matters is only what you believe and what your path is on the entrepreneurial highway. Are there turns? True! Are there many other obstacles? Perfect! But your vision is a single one: to reach where you set out at the end of the year. There are two months left and anything is possible, with a boost of confidence and the power to overcome.
