No more holiday editions. We leave behind beautiful memories, relaxation and get to work. The season of harvest is coming! And I don't just mean agriculture. It’s time to harvest what we planted at the beginning of the year and make the first calculations for the end of the year. This end promises to be quite complicated, especially from the perspective of expenses, where the big challenge will be.

About is about how to manage your resources effectively. First of all, human resources. As I've said before, AI and all contemporary automations are not meant to replace people or provide a miraculous “boost” to businesses. They are just tools for efficiency. You still need the minds and the involvement of people to use them, filter solutions, and turn them into results. Perhaps a “restart” in positions, functions, and responsibilities wouldn’t hurt. In times of organic growth, everything seems rosy and runs smoothly, but when clouds appear on the horizon, it’s good to have at least an umbrella ready.

It's not about panic or distrust, but about caution and efficiency. Perhaps your goals need to be reevaluated in the current context, neither euphoric nor dramatic, but realistic. The biggest possible risk is complacency, the idea that “it’ll work out like this.” But the reality is that changes, especially fiscal ones, can undermine your path to development.

Stay on top of the numbers and evolution. This is where the difference is made. I don’t exclude year-end investments, but only in what brings efficiency, not in luxury. Maybe we want new cars, maybe higher salaries, but at what cost? If an immediate expense doesn’t generate a predictable source of profit, it might be better to postpone it. This doesn’t mean you have to save money only for tough times. You can hire the best sales person, even with a high salary, if it brings you long-term growth.

No more vacations and cocktails. A new entrepreneurial season begins, with a more mature and better anchored in economic realities “class.” A difficult test is coming, of increases “with everything” that you will have to pass. A balance between investments and expenses is forthcoming. Trust in yourself, in your goals, and in your team lies ahead.

Today's moral: it is the time for the autumn harvest. Nothing new. After a summer full of destinations and vacations, now we have a single objective: About. Because the end of the year is knocking at the door and must find us organized, anchored, and prepared. I don’t know if it’s about profit or accountability, about long-term objectives or about neglect. Everything depends on you and how you think entrepreneurially.
