In real-life entrepreneurship, this button does not exist or, if it does, it is not exactly free. Any mistake means losing time and money.

It is a choice you need to make where it needs to be and how it needs to be done. Do you choose to have a motivated team focused on objectives? Good! You have chosen a direction for which you need, alongside you, specialists in the field. You can’t do business by ear anymore, the time for entrepreneurial pioneering has passed. Everything is at high speed and with maximum precision.

The moral of this letter is about your choice – whether at an institutional, entrepreneurial or social level. It is the choice that makes the difference between plus and minus. It is about instinct or detailed calculations. It is about you, about your business, about your team. It is about us. Today's choices shape tomorrow's reality, whether it's a project, a team or an entire community. We cannot build progress without personal involvement and without the courage to decide consciously. And when we truly take responsibility for our decisions, we can be sure that the chosen direction is a meaningful one. And, at the end, I believe that the most important quote about this theme can be the one given by Edmund Burke: “For evil to triumph, it is enough for good men to do nothing.” Nothing could be truer.
