Hey! It seems we are in the month of love, with days everywhere. We are rushing for gifts, flowers, likes or hearts. We’re rushing! And? What does all this hustle mean? Apparently, it seems like a step forward, but in reality, it resembles more a Romanian Hora. You know... one step forward and two backward.

I made this introduction, more graphic, to understand that most of the time hurry spoils the work and ends up being completely ineffective. Surely! As entrepreneurs, we hurry to grow, multiple sales, growing turnover. Nice! But what comes with that? Maybe what I said above. I'm not saying that a spectacular growth is something impossible. I’m just saying you need to have the ability to manage this sprint. If today you got your driver's license and want to speed at high speed, there is a very high risk of ending up where you shouldn’t. It’s the same in business. Take it easy! It’s safer.

Good! And if we have to take things step by step why not analyze each step thoroughly. What am I doing? Why am I doing it and how? How much does it cost me and what profit do I gain? These are simple questions with complicated answers. If you let yourself be carried away by the euphoria of the moment and act instinctively, you risk making mistakes, and then you will realize it would have been better to analyze each step with more attention.

The moral of this episode is about patience and efficiency. Don't rush! Weigh each step, ask yourself questions, many questions and seek objective answers. This way you can save time and money. It’s simple, right? Start this thing from today!
