Jasmin. Something out of a story.

Jasmin. Something out of a story.

A quick new edition of En-Joi, on a Thursday

Hello! We successfully passed a unified Easter holiday, which brought us together, along with our loved ones. There were many beautiful messages, but the most important one was about faith. Yes, our faith! However, the essential thing is that this faith does not remain just a festive moment, marked by days off, barbecues, and good cheer.

Why are we talking today about a flower? Because it symbolizes love and affection. We often talk in business terms about goals, profits, and market shares. But beyond all this, businesses are with and about people. In technical marketing language, we call them “targets.” Nothing could be more true — we have a target segment of employees or ideal clients, about whom we think we know everything, and sometimes we use artificial intelligence to analyze their online behavior.

But the reality is often more complex than a virtual profile. While the benefits of technology lie in increased efficiency — and yes, they are undeniable — the benefits of human relations surpass this area. They depend on us, each one of us. Because beyond algorithms, real people make decisions, feel, choose, and build trust step by step. When was the last time you called a client or a supplier, not for an offer or a sale, but simply to say: “Good day! Thank you for your trust. We truly appreciate it.” In a world where robots respond with “Press key 1” or “Key 2”, we increasingly rarely hear a warm voice say: “Hey! How are you? How is your business? How can I help you?”

Sounds a bit... old-school? Maybe. But jasmine is about real senses, not just about virtual perceptions. It’s about that authentic feeling of being human, beyond the automated messages received online. A united team of employees or a loyal client portfolio means communication. It means... connection.

What do you think of a jasmine flower seen online compared to one you pass by in a garden? There’s a big difference, isn’t there?

The moral of this message is simple: the human impact in business relationships matters, beyond any technology. It’s about an account of feeling. Yes, we have learned that we can communicate from anywhere, that technology makes our activities efficient, but without that sincere appreciation for the people around us, it will be harder for us to evolve, no matter how hard we try.

We are a family business in its third generation. We believe in technology, but also in social values, because we are part of a local community — alongside you and your business.

That’s why we support the construction of the new Children's Hospital in Ploiești, because only together can we truly enjoy the scent of jasmine flowers.
