Evrika, in the service of success.

Eureka, at the service of success.

Enjoy!

This week we pass, with a certain indifference, over the overly euphoric BF and focus on something much more important. Eureka!

Hmm! Seems something trivial with a medieval air, but very contemporary if you know the true meaning of this minimal interjection. Yes, it’s about your business. Enjoy! I will explain why.

Recently I was, as a simple tourist, at a guesthouse in Harghita, thus avoiding the “famous” destination Valea Prahovei, a kind of “lauded tree”, with a senseless crowd and peppered costs. Now you understand why I avoided the BF. Never go with a bag to a lauded tree, you know that! But let's get back to the subject. Yes, a guesthouse with some stars, but without a star in front. From the moment I opened the reception door, everything turned into a beautiful story. From a welcoming atmosphere, to super nice people, to the little details, everything was impeccable. As I said, a person sanctifies the place. This is not an advertisement for this location, but a recommendation on how attentive management and respect for clients can transform a business into a true success.

Hey, manager or company director! We all know that, theoretically, the customer is considered the most valuable “asset” of a business, but how many of your employees actually understand and practice this principle every day? Is it just a framed expression or a lived reality in your company? If the success of your business matters, you should have a clear answer. Yes, to receive, you must give. Want loyal customers? Provide value. Want motivated teams? Then you must show respect. Simple, right? Apparently simple, because behind this simplicity means ... gratitude (a lasting feeling of affection, nurtured by a person towards someone, for a good deed).

The moral of this letter is that the essence of your business lies in the attention given to each detail, beyond procedures, PPC marketing campaigns, or endless board meetings. It is something natural, about and for people. Eureka!

By the way! Eureka (in ancient Greek εὕρηκα) is a well-known exclamation used to express the feeling of gratitude after discovering the solution to a difficult problem.
