Hey! Today we talk about smiling, as a state of well-being. Why not? We are often too tense due to leadership roles and heavy objectives that we forget to smile. Right?

A smile is magical – and yes, it’s also healthy! At Geseidl, not only do we appreciate professionalism, but we also keep track of smiles: from colleagues, from clients, and even from the courier who brings us the mail. We create a balance of optimism because we know that work is more beautiful when accompanied by smiles. After all, who would want to work in a place devoid of good cheer, regardless of position, salary, or bonuses? Come on, be honest: doesn't it sound better this way? C’mon!

And, wait! A smile is not just for perfect days. No! It’s also for moments when things don’t go quite as you’d hoped. Why? Because it helps you keep a clear mind and see the bright side: mistakes are lessons. Valuable lessons that prepare you not to repeat them. We all make mistakes, but it's important to turn these experiences into steps forward. After all, that’s what growing means, right?

And since we’re talking about education, our project for the 5 scholarships offered to students from the University of Petroleum and Gas in Ploiști this academic year is starting to come to life alongside @Teodora, @Maria, @Cosmin, @Anca, and @Bianca. For us, a perfect 10 is not just about cramming textbooks. It's the everyday education, an education that empowers young students through committed professional and social actions, wrapped up with ... a smile. 😊

You can have goals set for 10 or 30 years, but don’t forget to smile today. It’s for your success tomorrow!
