Specialist in HR & Payroll with experience

We are reorganizing our team and looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to join us at Geseidl.

If you already have experience in human resources and enjoy working in an organized manner, with people and labor legislation, we might be a great fit.

What you will do specifically:

• managing a portfolio of clients primarily in HR services

• preparing and managing individual labor contracts and additional documents

• operating and updating data in Reges

• preparing certifications for employees

• managing documents related to hiring, modifying, and terminating employment relationships

• administering personnel files

• support in applying labor legislation in Romania

• various administrative activities related to the HR field.

• salary calculation and preparing payrolls

• checking and managing medical leaves, vacation leaves, and other types of absences

•  preparing and verifying declaration 112 and the documentation related to payrolls

What we expect from you:

• experience in HR activities

• knowledge of labor legislation in Romania

• attention to detail and organization

• good communication and teamwork skills

• MS Office knowledge.
