Hello! Today we write about power. A simple word with many meanings: energy power, muscle power, or decision-making power. Hm! All of these seem to be simple things that are actually a great challenge. Power is not just something you have, but especially something you choose to use. Every day we face moments when we need to activate a type of power, even if we don't realize it right away.

Energy power is about what you produce, either through technology or through empathy. Yes! You have surely met people around whom you seemingly gain more energy, as if for a month's worth of work. They are those energetic individuals who give you the strength to overcome obstacles, to move forward. I don't know if this power is measured in kW or in incurable optimism, but it definitely works. I have actually tested this! Their energy becomes a fuel that makes you believe again in ideas, in people, in yourself.

If we talk about muscle power, then it's not just about muscles and how good you look after N hours in the gym. It's about an optimal relationship between physical and mental. That “something” that moves you every day for an energetic vibe. Yes, movement and sports are essential elements for performance, both in sports and in business. Surprised? No! It is an undeniable reality. That is why the Geseidl Association for Sports and Health constantly promotes conscious movement as part of a healthy and productive lifestyle.

Done! Now we move on to decision-making power. Wow! This is even more intense. It's about vision, trust, and responsibility. Making a decision is not random. It is a process based on experience, logic, and business skills. Not infrequently, decisions are ½ reasoning and ½ feeling. After all, the outcome confirms whether everything was okay or not. Even a possible failure can become a great plus, if the decision was assumed and adapted for future success. And let's not forget: in the most tense moments, true leaders emerge precisely through the choices they make.

POWER is about you, about your power to move forward. Perhaps tougher times are ahead for entrepreneurship in Romania. Perhaps energy, muscle, or decision-making power will be needed. What matters is how you direct this power to move ahead. Sometimes all it takes is a courageous step, a “yes” said at the right moment, or a “no” that saves your path. And all of this comes from within, where your true power lies hidden. In my opinion, the key is to surround yourself with people who are top professionals in their field of expertise, that’s where the energetic boost comes from.

To move as much as possible, because it helps your energetic development. And for decision-making power, you need the vision to overcome obstacles. Every time you surround yourself with good people, when you go for a run or when you face a difficult decision, you train the inner muscle of power. That’s the magical combination: people, movement, clarity.

Yes, it may seem like a cheap motivational theory, but all of this is fragments of real life, from agony to ecstasy and vice versa. It’s about an entrepreneurial journey of over 20 years, with joys, euphoria, but also disappointments. It’s about each of us. But three things are essential: the people around you, movement, and decision-making power. This is where success starts, beyond limits, regardless of weather or times. And, believe me, when you have all three, you can move mountains.
